THE 4TH ANNUAL XMAS EVE DAY BOOTCAMP WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!
The BLASTers had so much fun playing “Do you wanna build a snowman?” Each team worked hard, and came together in true BLASTer fashion!

BMF was invited to provide a fitness bootcamp class and a nutrition seminar for the staff of Synod. The company is very proactive in the health and wellness of their employees and have committed time and money to provide these retreats for them each year.
